What you'll do

🧾 Key Responsibilities
💰 Accounts Receivable
Raise invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients
Prepare AR ageing reports and escalate overdue accounts
Reconcile customer ledgers and bank receipts
📚 General Accounting
Journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing support
Coordinate with auditors and the finance team
Maintain proper documentation and records
📑 Compliance Support
Assist with GST/TDS data preparation and reconciliations
Share documents with the CA or tax team when needed

What we're looking for

2-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable
Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / SAP (as per client)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Good communication for client follow-ups and collections
