About usAstroChat (from the house of the client) builds trusted, human-led astrology experiences through chat & calls - blending consumer tech, AI, and expert-led services to help millions find guidance and clarity.What you'll own (big-picture)- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.- Define requirements, user journeys, and success metrics that move the needle.- Use data, user research, and experimentation to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. A/B testing is your friend.- Solve marketplace challenges: demand-supply balance, astrologer matching quality, and a delightful UX.- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing & Ops to ship high-impact features.What we're looking for (you)- 3-4 years in Product Management at a B2C tech company with consumer internet experience.- Strong analytical instincts - you love metrics and can translate insight into action.- Comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, driving execution end-to-end, and influencing stakeholders.- Experience building products with high engagement and transactions is a plus.Nice-to-haves (bonus points)- Marketplace, online consultation pl
