Perform end-to-end testing of consumer-facing web and mobile applications. Validate functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance across platforms. Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Data Testing & Validation
Validate data flows across applications, APIs, databases, and user journeys. Perform data integrity and accuracy checks. Identify inconsistencies between frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Create test scenarios for data-driven product features.
- AI Integration Testing
Test features involving AI/ML integrations and AI-powered workflows. Validate AI outputs against expected product behaviour and business requirements. Test different input scenarios, edge cases, and failure conditions. Identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and unexpected AI behaviour. Work with product and engineering teams to improve the reliability of AI-driven features.
- API & Integration Testing
Test REST APIs and integrations between different systems. Validate request/response data, status codes, error handling, and business logic. Perform integration and end-to-end testing across interconnected systems.
- Quality & Release Management
Participate in requirement discussions and identify potential quality risks early. Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and automation plans. Execute regression testing before product releases. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure release quality. Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
